Data Masker for DB2 UDB Hardware and Software System Requirements
The Data Masker for DB2 UDB data anonymization software is entirely based on a client PC - there are NO binaries to install on the server.
The PC system requirements of the Data Masker for DB2 UDB software are minimal. Most reasonably new Pentium PC's will be sufficient.
- Windows 2000/Windows 2003 Server/XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 2008 Server (including 64 bit versions)
- Pentium 1GHz (or faster)
- 1024x768 screen resolution
- 500Mb RAM
- 25Mb disk space
- Microsoft .NET v3.5 Framework
- The v9 IBM DB2 Runtime Client. Please note that the Data Masker software cannot work with the v8 DB2 Client dlls. The v9 DB2 Runtime Client can be downloaded from IBM at: http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/preLogin.do?lang=en_US&source=swg-dm-db2rtcl
